Physio and Excercise 
A few thoughts I picked up when I attended a Becker day in Belfast - but be carefull dont overdo things or you can do yourself some damage instead.



The Benefits of Physio

  • Maintain Muscle length
  • Maintains Flex in Joints

When do we start ?

 as early as possible

 

Why?

  • Shortning of Achillies Tendon
  • Altered alignment
  • Walking less efficiently
  • Back Pain

 

 

  • Walking on toes
  • Get tired easily

 DO Exercise -Low impact

  • Beneficial for strength
  • Carido
  • Bodyweigth
  • Helps stop depression
  • strenghens hips,Knees ,Ankles,

Walking

Swimming

 East healthily

Avoid over training

 Do little things a few stretches when sitting they all mount up over the day.
