A few thoughts I picked up when I attended a Becker day in Belfast - but be carefull dont overdo things or you can do yourself some damage instead.
The Benefits of Physio

- Maintains Flex in Joints
When do we start ?
as early as possible
Why?
- Shortning of Achillies Tendon
- Altered alignment
- Walking less efficiently
- Back Pain
- Walking on toes
- Get tired easily
DO Exercise -Low impact
- Beneficial for strength
- Carido
- Bodyweigth
- Helps stop depression
- strenghens hips,Knees ,Ankles,
Walking
Swimming
East healthily
Avoid over training
Do little things a few stretches when sitting they all mount up over the day.
